The Public Employee Relations Board is pleased to announce that the on-line Digest of Decisions of the Public Employee Relations Board and Related Court Decisions has been updated to include PERB Decisions issued as of December 31, 2009.  We hope to include all decisions within 30 days of receipt.

Edited by Jonathan G. Axelrod, the on-line Digest includes the following useful features:

o     A descriptive outline of classifications.

o     A listing of all cases, by Opinion Number, with related Court decisions.

o     A digest of each PERB and Court decision based on the classification numbers.

o     Copies of each decision, linked to the digest entries.

The on-line version will be updated periodically, as PERB issues decisions.

You can subscribe to the new on-line Digest for an annual fee of $200.00 or a monthly fee of $20.00.

A printed version of the Digest is available for $65.00.

To subscribe to the on-line Digest:

1.         Go to www.BeinsAxelrod.com

2.         Click on “PERB Digest”

3.         Click on “Create Account”

4.         Fill in the blanks on the screen.

5.         Click “Create Account”.  This will take you to PayPal for payment terms.

6.         Complete PayPal form.

7.         You will receive an e-mail within 24 hours confirming that you have access to the on-line Digest.
