H. David Kelly

David Kelly has centered his practice on labor, public sector employment, employee and retiree benefits, and litigation.

He represents unions, benefit funds and individuals in federal and local courts, before administrative agencies, in arbitration matters in ERISA, the National Labor Relations Act, for bankruptcy, labor and other workplace matters.

Mr. Kelly has represented private and public sector unions and employees and benefit funds for twenty years, including with firms in Massachusetts and Michigan prior to joining Beins, Axelrod, P.C.

He is the author of several articles on Arbitration and United States Supreme Court action.

Mr. Kelly received his LL.M. in Labor from Wayne State University, his J.D. from the Northeastern University School of Law, and his B.G.S. from the University of Michigan. He is a member of the District of Columbia, Massachusetts, Maryland, and Michigan Bars and is admitted to practice in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit, the U.S. District Courts for Massachusetts, the Eastern and Western Districts of Michigan, Maryland and DC, and the United States Supreme Court.
